I have another question on the diffusion gradient table.
As I was looking at the table at http://adni.loni.usc.edu/support/experts-knowledge-base/question/?QID=97 , I could not tell if the gradients are in NIFTI coordinate system (right-handed coordinate system) or in DICOM coordinate system (left-handed). Would you please verify which one it is?

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.

These values were provided by GE directly off the MRI scanner on which the ADNI Axial DTI series was compiled, thus our assumption would be they are in DICOM coordinate, as no processing was applied.
