I am trying to download MRI data from ADNI database. I would like to develop a deep learning classifier for early diagnosis of AD. For subjects in the MCI group, I wonder if you have information about whether the subject develops AD after the scanning. It would be very helpful to me if such information is provided. Thank you!

The information that you're looking for can be found in the diagnostic summary file [DXSUM_PDXCONV_ADNIALL.csv] located on the IDA repository under Study Data > Assessments > Diagnosis. The roster table (found under Study Data > Enrollment) can be used to match up the Roster IDs [RIDs] in the diagnostic summary file with the subject IDs used in the imaging data.
