I would like to check how a specific genetic polymorphism correlates with tau pet burden. From the website I understand that only ADNI3 has tau pet data. Does this cohort also have genetics data?

All or nearly all ADNI participants with tau PET should have GWAS array data available on one of four arrays. Most also have whole genome sequencing. If you run into problems with integration across arrays let the Genetics Core know and we may be able to assist you with checking your SNP.
