Hello,

I would like to check how a specific genetic polymmorphism relates with tau pet burden. I have a collaborator with access to ADNI and that would perform the analysis, but we dont know how to generate the table with the patients ID a the SNP burden. Is this something you could help with?

Also I think only ADNI3 has tau pet data, is this the case? Is there genetics data on this cohort?

Many ADNI3 participants have tau PET data; some ADNI2 rollovers to ADNI3 probably also have tau PET. If you send us the SNP of interest we may or may not have it on the participants of interest but could check. You are also welcome to download all the array data and extract what you are interested in.
