For the methylation data, Vasanthakumar et al., 2020 indicated that blood cell composition could be substantially affect methylation differences between individuals and therefore was included as a covariate in the analyses. We are wondering if it is possible for us to obtain the information on blood cell composition?

The cell composition can be estimated using the DNA methylation data.
