Hello! Is there a file or a way to see the abbreviations and values meaning for each dataset. I am only looking for datasets on diagnosis, clinical and neurpsychological data.

There is a data dictionary available in the Study Info section of the Study Data page, which will provide the definitions of numeric codes as well as the meaning of the variables. You can also search the data dictionary from the search window on the main ADNI website, to help identify variables and tables containing those variables.
