I am trying to reduce the PVE and the between-centre variability of PET data. I would like to know if I can have access to uniformity phantom scans from each centre as well as the point spread function from different scanners. Many thanks.

I have information related to the PSF for different scanners, but not the PSF itself. These are available somewhere at LONI, though I am not sure. Some of the phantom scans are available from LONI, and I have all those that are not available.
