Hello, I will run texture analysis on MRI images but i want to use the original-raw images without Gradwarp, B1, N3 etc. Where do i get these raw images from? In the data collections i found only processed images.

The raw images most definitely exist. We would recommend that you contact LONI directly to inquire on how to perform your search and download of raw images.
