Hi, I want to know where I can find the CSV of Diagnostic Summary. Thank you!

Once you have access to the data, go to Access Data (under Data & Samples on the main LONI ADNI website), enter your log in and password. Then click on Download and Study Data, which will take you to a page where you will find all of the data files. The Diagnostic Summary file is in the 1st section.
