Hello,

Is there a programmatic way to access the raw BAM data for ADNI? This is for the HLI (Human Longevity Inc.) team, ideally we would have access to this data available in a programmatic way so that we can automatically pull the data via a rest API or CLI. If that is possible, please let me know how, because our organization would be very interested.

Otherwise, if we need to send you hard drives, please let us know what the total dataset size would be so we can work on that solution as well.

There is no way to look at the BAM data remotely.
