| Proposed Analysis: | I will conduct co-clustering analysis, where dMRI data would be used to cluster fiber tracts and subjects alternatively. Similar analysis would be performed using other modality data. Objective of my research is to obtain data driven dictionaries to characterize multiple subject groupings. Each subject grouping is then analyzed for discriminative features within that group, and distinctive features w.r.t other subject grouping. The idea is to be able to cluster subjects into three categories of the dataset, and use the learned subject group dictionaries to classify new subjects. |
