Proposed Analysis: | We are aiming to understand brain dysfunction in AD patients. In particular, we are planning to analyze neuroimaging data (structural and functional MRI, and FDG and PiB PET data) and behavioral data, and to examine the relationships behavioral severity of AD and brain dysfunction. As a control analysis, we are now working on resting-state functional MRI data to examine functional connectivity of healthy human young subject data available from the Human Connectome Project (HCP), and found brain-wide dynamic reorganization of functional connectivity. We expect application of our analysis on the HCP data set to ADNI data set could provide novel insights regarding dysfunction of large-scale brain network in AD patients. |
