Proposed Analysis: | Our goal is to use our core technology for analytics and predictive modeling of genomics and imaging data where current methods do not allow for real-time predictive modeling of these massive datasets for the diagnosis of brain disorders. Specifically, we hope to use the ADNI datasets to create robust prognostic models for Alzheimer's disease. The more data, the better the models and the stronger the predictions. Pipelines we develop can then be used by other researchers and organizations to reduce time spent on preprocessing, feature extraction, and predictive modeling. We also hope our prognostic capabilities will surpass existing early detection and diagnostic methods. |
