Proposed Analysis:	My proposed analysis is to perform GWA studies using quantitative phenotype data of brain structures generated using the FreeSurfer software suite. PLINK will be used for the GWAS analysis. The goal is to demonstrate the effectiveness of a pipeline currently in development for GWA studies using neuroanatomical phenotype data and to identify SNPs that may play a role in the variance of phenotypes among the subjects in the dataset.
