Proposed Analysis:	In datasets where available, I would like to explore the relations between age, amyloid, tau (e.g. AV-1451) and brain markers of CVD-related white matter injury (FLAIR/WMH) and white matter microstructure (DTI). I would also like to examine the impacts of these variables and biomarkers on cognitive performance and diagnostic trajectory. In particular, I would like to focus on participants who do not yet have dementia (e.g., normal controls and MCI).
