| Proposed Analysis: | We will apply clustering algorithms (genetic algorithms and ant colony optimization) on the data to find which clinical variables best relate to different treatments. Unlike prior algorithms, our newly developed algorithm can analyze both numerical and categorical Alzheimer's disease data. In addition, our algorithms will reveal how dementia patients can be better subgrouped based on similarities and differences on their clinical information. |
