Ongoing Investigations

ADNI data is made available to researchers around the world. As such, there are many active research projects accessing and applying the shared ADNI data. To further encourage Alzheimer’s disease research collaboration, and to help prevent duplicate efforts, the list below shows the specific research focus of the active ADNI investigations. This information is requested annually as a requirement for data access.

Principal Investigator's Name: Niharika Awasthi
Institution: Ashok and Rita Patel Institute of Integrated Study and Research in Biotechnology
Department: Integrated Biotechnology- post graduate
Country:
Proposed Analysis: I am working on topic " Developing an application based diagnostic tool for Alzheimer's disease", for which, I need to train the algorithm ( Artificial neural networks in my case) on a large patient dataset (100 at least) to differentiate between Alzheimer's and non- Alzheimer's patients.I will be needing the clinical and demographic patient data for the same.
Additional Investigators

Proposed Analysis: We are working on a project " Developing an application based diagnostic tool for Alzheimer's disease". To develop application, the algorithm ( Artificial Neural Network) needs to be trained to differentiate between Alzheimer's and non- Alzheimer's patients .For the same, we need a large dataset ( 100) of clinical and demographic patient data.
