Proposed Analysis:	I would like to initiate a project (1) using deep learning techniques to classify normal vs. MCI/AD in fMRI and/or MRI images, similar to the classifications my branch has carried out on 2D medical images and (2) using cluster and GPU computing to calculate connectivities in fMRI data, to study the evolution in time of these connectivities in both normal and MCI/AD subjects.
