Proposed Analysis:	We are interested in improving diagnostic specificity of AD. Our hypothesis is that AD will be characterized by dysfunctioning in attentional network in association with amygdala's atrophy. Indeed, amygdala is supposed to have a great role in sending inputs in attentional network in order to allow quick detection of relevant stimuli in the environment. Our objective is to test this assumption on ADNI data.
