| Proposed Analysis: | We want to find predictors of MCI/AD and cognitive decline in biomarkers detected in CSF and blood. Specifically, we want to apply machine learning tools to find the relationship between biomarkers levels in CSF/blood with clinical features (cognitive decline, MRI findings). We also want to test the hipothesis that biomarkers levels, together with cardiovascular features (hypertension, ldl, active life) can improve its predictive value. |
