| Proposed Analysis: | This study will compare the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of published versus sample-based norms to detect early dementia in the Uniform Data Set (UDS). Raw UDS scores will be standardized using published norms (P-scores), and again using data from ADNI's healthy control sample (S-scores). The results will inform clinicians and researchers about how the source of norms impacts cognitive outcomes and disease prevalence rates in their samples. |
