| Proposed Analysis: | To analyze the association between APOE4 and Alzheimer's disease in a case controls study. AD patients will be diagnosed with clinical criteria AND positivity on CSF biomarkers (AB42 below cut-off and Tau or phospho Tau above cut-off). We have allready AD patients with CSF biomarkers and APOE status coming from several european centers. We would like to extend the analysis to AD ADNI patients. Controls will be recruited from 2 european ageing studies (3City, Whitehall). Data that we need : Age of patient (at CSF assesment), clinical diagnosis (AD), CSFAB42, CSF Tau, CSF p-Tau 181, complete APOE genotype, MMS at time of CSF, level of education, value of cut-offs for csf biomarkers. |
