| Proposed Analysis: | We are going to explore various techniques of deep learning in conjunction with imaging data and cognitive tests. The primary focus of our research is application of computer vision techniques (including deep learning) in medical analysis. We will therefore rely on segmentation and partitioning of anatomical imaging data to various substructures. Besides that, we are going to fuse multiple modalities (anatomical and functional information). |

Benesova will be mainly in the role of supervisor of the research team, secondly in the role of investigator in the area of image segmentation (MRI), fusion (MRI-PET) and data preprocessing. |
