Proposed Analysis:	Comparison of activity of daily living (FAQ) and cognitive function between persons persons with mild and symptomatic Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease with and without cognitive impairment. FAQ Item profile and properties between the ADNI cohort and our Parkinson's disease cohort (N=262) will be compared in relation to the severity of cognitive impairment
