| Proposed Analysis: | Longitudinal neuroimaging data plays an important role in mapping the neural developmental profile of major neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative disorders and normal brain. The goal is to develop a non-parametric framework to learn the spate-temporal changes in brains of AD patients and predict them during the progression of this disease. Brain image data (MRI, PET) will be analyzed using our model to investigate temporal evolution of spatial dependence of brain structure. |
