Proposed Analysis:	Previously, we found the convergent and divergent effects of apolipoprotein E ε4 and ε2 alleles on brain functional networks in our aMCI data. (Gong et al., Neurobiology of Aging, 2017. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.neurobiolaging.2017.02.013). Now, we want to explore how the APOE ε4 and ε2 alleles infulence the brain funcitonal netwrok in the late MCI and AD statge,and we want to use the longitudinal data to verify the previous results.
