Proposed Analysis: | The analysis seeks to use the ADNI preprocessed time series to build a connectome per subject. Then, our goal is to perform a non-linear dimensionality reduction analysis to identify biomarkers of Alzheimer's disease, together with a measure of uncertainty on each of these markers. In practice, this project will use a generalization of variational autoencoders in the Riemannian manifold of symmetric positive definite matrices. We hope to learn the submanifold describing the brain connectomes, in which healthy and pathological connectomes should be clustered. |
