Proposed Analysis: | We plan to explore shared and unique multi-modal biomarkers that are related to different brain disorders (e.g. Alzheimer’ disease, mild cognitive impairment, schizophrenia, bipolar, autism, and psychotic spectrum disorders) by combining the ADNI data that you will kindly provide with our data and other open source data. We will employ our recent proposed multiple-modal fusion methods to investigate the joint biomarkers in structure MRI (sMRI), functional MRI (fMRI), and genetic data. We also plan to apply dynamic analysis to the fMRI data to explore the time-varying evolution patterns. The measures including gray matter concentration and voxel-based morphometry from sMRI, dynamic/static spatial functional network maps, dynamic/static functional network connectivity, voxel based measures such as regional homogeneity from fMRI, and other possible measures (e.g. features from genetic data) will be jointly analyzed for searching their associations with disease’s symptoms and cognitive impairments. |
