Proposed Analysis:	We aim to access the GWAS data from ADNI 1 GWAS, ADNI GO/2 GWAS and ADNI WGS. The aims include 1) Perform meta-analysis to identify confident AD-associated GWAS SNPs from three datasets. 2) Perform functional analysis by including external gene expression, methylation, TF/Histone ChIP-seq datasets to annotate GWAS SNPs.
