Proposed Analysis: We are tying to develope a multivariate regression model to detect the genes associated with Alzheimer's Disease.The SNPs information will serve as the predictor and further be mapped to genes. We will infer genetic effects at the gene level (group level) not individual SNP level.In the future,we are going to introduce the kernel method to the multivariate regression for capturing the underlying nonlinear relationships between genes and imaging response of Alzheimer's Disease.
