| Proposed Analysis: | In this study, we consider to use 3d T1 image to predict the whether patient has AD or not. After using vbm to preprocessing data, we want to utilize the non-negative matrix factorization to deal with the dataset. Then building a SVM model with l1 norm based on the matrix data we obtained in the last step. Finally, we find important features in matrix data and project them back onto the raw images, which can show us which area influences our prediction of AD |
