| Proposed Analysis: | 1. To investigate local WM abnormalities in specific structures, whole-brain tractography, however, produces a kind of structured set of thousands of fiber trajectories by estimating the course of all connections in the entire WM 2. Our technique delineates the white matter fiber pathways of the brain non‐invasively has raised possibilities for clinical applications and offers enormous potential for the study of brain anatomy, development, and even function. 3. Clinical features vary and may involve the motor, sensory, cognitive, and visual pathways.However the pathologic mechanisms underlying different disease subtypes are still not well known. 4. We will investigate further to identify an emotion change in AD, which is critical to characterized by cognitive deficits and affective symptoms and evaluate our study in the clinical application. |
