Proposed Analysis:	We have developed deep learning based methods for automated detection of White Matter Hyperintensities (WMHs) using 3D FLAIR images. We have developed and verified these techniques using our local data. We now would like to run these techniques on the ADNI 3D FLAIR data to see whether the detected WMH burden differs between the control, MCI, and AD cohorts in ADNI.
