Proposed Analysis:	First,I intend to analyze the T1 MRI and scale scores and biomarker scores using partial least squares correlation to explore the significance of changes in brain structure caused by Alzheimer's disease. Secondly, I plan to analyze the brain network of rest-state fMRI and dMRI data to discuss the impact of Alzheimer's disease on functional brain networks and structural brain networks. Finally, I hereby guarantee that the data will only be used for academic research and respect the rules of use.
