| Proposed Analysis: | Individuals with subjective memory complaint are considered at higher risk of incipient dementia than those without. We aim to explore the underlying structural and functional alternations in SMC subjects by neuroimage, and try to elucidate the associations between neuroimage measures and CSF or PET biomarkers. We'll also compare the results in ADNI data with the findings of our Chinese cohorts, and to determine the neuroimage biomarkers for the discrimination of individuals at the preclinical stage of AD. |
