| Proposed Analysis: | I plan to improve and update my multimodal Machine Learning model on ADNI data. My current model is based on using cognitive, demographic, MRI, vital and genetic features. I have been using ADNI data in the past already (I have applied to and I have been given access to ADNI data two years ago). However, I have not renewed my application in time, therefore I am reapplying for access to ADNI again. More precisely, I plan to build a Machine Learning classifier to predict the disease stage (healthy, MCI, AD) of a patient. Particularly, I plan to extend my exisiting approach by employing more genetic features in my model and apply the existing model to the newest data. |
