| Proposed Analysis: | Under our overarching goal, we will use ADNI data to characterize molecular mechanisms for the genes responsible for comorbid/multimorbid disease patterns (i.e. responsible for two or more diseases) in the context of aging by using transcriptomic and epigenetic profiles of controls, mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer's Disease diagnosed individuals. |
