| Proposed Analysis: | This is for teaching purposes in a bioinformatics class. I am having student call and validate variants in data. They will look for apoE variants as well as variants in other locations associated with increased risk in tandem with apoE4. There are no publications associated with this and the data is simply for teaching purposes. |
