| Proposed Analysis: | Note: I am an undergraduate student in my final semester. This data would be used in my bachelor's thesis. I am requesting access to the standardized MRI data sets. I would like to use this for tensor visualization. I implemented a state of the art uncertainty visualization glyph(from this paper https://www.researchgate.net/publication/334378756_Towards_Glyphs_for_Uncertain_Symmetric_Second-Order_Tensors) for tensors in the problem solving environment, SCIRun. With this, I can create a visualization that encodes the mean and covariance of an ensemble of tensor fields. With the standardized tensor data, I should be able to create a statistical representation of the brain for these Alzheimer's patients. |
