Proposed Analysis: | We would like to use the genome-wide association studies (GWAS) data, the whole genome sequence (WGS) data, Whole Exome Sequence (WES), CNV CNV markers and other biomarkers to identify common and rare variants which may influence Alzheimer’s disease (AD), mild cognitive impairment (MCI), cognitive assessment and other age-related phenotypes. Specific aims of this project: (1) To perform population-based GWAS, CNV, and WGS analyses of risk and age at onset of AD and MCI, biomarkers, behavioral and clinical phenotypes. (2) To identify common and rare variants for the risk, age at onset and other related phenotypes. (3) To detect disparities and conduct gene-based, pathway-based and network-based analyses. |
