Proposed Analysis:	We plan to use multivariate functional data analysis techniques to investigate the dependencies among different longitudinal measurements including cognitive assignments, vital signs, MRI, PET, and biospecimens. Our analyses can potentially reveal high-dimensional causal relationships among the clinical profiles.
