Proposed Analysis:	The proposed analysis is to use ADNI Affymetrix microarray data, Illumina EPIC array data, Illumina HumanOmni2.5 GWAS and WGS datasets for the purpose of identifying variants associated with disease progression, MCI and/or AD, imaging endpoints, and/or CSF biomarker levels. The analysis may involve meta-analysis leveraging other control or case datasets available through data access application or data generated from internal studies.
