| Proposed Analysis: | Dear Professor, We aimed to use ADNI for two reasons. The first one is that we would like to compare the differences of risk factors between different minorities. The second aim is that we would like to validate the prediction model for dementia using ADNI. Recently, we used CLHLS that is public database in China regarding cognitive impairment to develop a dementia prediction model. So, we would like to validate externally via ADNI if possible. The results would help researches worldwide to understand the dementia prediction model. |
