| Proposed Analysis: | Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) is a severe irreversible neurodegenerative disease, which is one of the leading causes of death in some countries, especially in developed ones. However, in real-life medical systems, since each hospital may have incomplete training data, previous approaches may not be practically applicable. For example, some hospitals may accumulate numerous MRI data, while the respective PET images are not sufficient. Then, in order to train a more accurate and robust model, these hospitals may seek to cooperate with other hospitals with access to PET images. However, due to the violation of patient's privacy, data sharing may be strictly prohibited. We aim to tackle the above issues by the means of federated learning. |
