| Proposed Analysis: | First, I aim to assess the relationship between amyloid load and relative perfusion as measured by R1. This will be done by plotting these biomarkers and evaluating what model (e.g. quadratic, cubic, linear)describes the data best. Next, I want to evaluate whether there are any differences in R1 between diagnostic groups or Abeta+ and Abeta- groups. Last, I am interested in assessing the added value of R1 in addition to measures of amyloid load in predicting cognitive decline, as measured by MMSE through Linear mixed model analyses. |
