Proposed Analysis: | Our group is developing machine learning methods for image segmentation and analysis. To train and test our models, we are using segmented brain MRIs (as well as other image modalities). We would like to have access to structural brain MRIs as input data, and segmented brain MRIs as output data. We use a variety of deep learning methods for image segmentation, and test our models using Dice score as well as other metrics. |

Proposed Analysis: | We have downloaded 3,430 T1-weighted brain MRI images, belonging to 841 patients, together with their FreeSurfer segmentations from IDA. These segmented images are being used to develop machine learning methods for brain image segmentation. No other clinical or imaging info is being used in our study other than T1-weighted images and their corresponding FreeSurfer segmentations. We have randomly split the patients into training (3,199 MRI volumes), validation (117 MRI volumes), and test (114 MRI volumes) sets, and are using these images to train and test our segmentation models. |
