| Proposed Analysis: | I propose to demonstrate that differences in quantified brain asymmetry provide a means of detecting Alzheimer’s Disease. By exploiting both supervised and semi-supervised machine learning methods, Generalized Principle Component Analysis, and spectral clustering, binary classification will be performed on the data. |
