| Proposed Analysis: | I am requesting this data to be analyzed for part of my doctoral dissertation work. I am in the process of constructing an ontology of protein aggregates, and others in my department are working on other ontologies in the domain of neurodegenerative disease (an MRI results ontology and a Multiple Sclerosis Patient Data ontology). I plan to annotate the ADNI data with terms from these ontologies and perform an Integrated Data Analysis. I have yet to determine the precise types of analyses that will be done, as this is contingent upon being able to assess the ADNI data first. Please let me know if you have any questions! |
