| Proposed Analysis: | Initial ADNI Biospecimen Request: Shuliang Han – Cross-modality medical image synthesis Dear Sir or Madam, I am doing research on cross-modailty medical image synthesis. Medical imaging is crucial in the diagnosis and treatment of different illness.Usually more than one imaging modality are involved in the clinical decision making because different modalities often provide complementary insights. My research purpose is to synthesis brain medical image crossing modality through deep learning and generative adversarial nets(GAN). Modeling a nonlinear mapping from source to target image in order to produce more realistic target images and save costs.Specificlly,there are two experimental directions.The one is using low-field MRI to synthesis high-filed MRI,which has better spatial resolution and image quality in brain illness.The other is to synthesis CT from MRI,which is using in IGRT. Consequetly, I apply for the permission of ADNI access from you.I promise to use the data only in the academic research and follow the relevant rules. Thanks! |
