| Proposed Analysis: | I request access to the ADNI dataset in order to reproduce the results of the paper in Ding et al. Radiology 2019 (https://doi.org/10.1148/radiol.2018180958). That work used Deep Neuronal Networks (deep learning) in order to predict diagnosis of AD. I am proposing here to: - First, reproduce these results - Second, use a similar strategy (with Deep learning) to predict tau deposition on novel Tau-PET imaging datasets. We will use the previously trained network from the previous point to apply transfer learning and improve the training of the network to predict tau-deposition. |
